Good DE squat workout

The squats felt GOOD, REALLY GOOD.  Glad to be squatting again after a missed ME session.

4 sets on leg curl machine with the whole stack
4 sets on leg extension machine up to the whole stack

Yes sir I did give you crap. Thought out crap with a purpose though.

DE day isn't about weight but speed. The 135 was faster but not explosive yet. There are a lot of lifters that started out westside/conjugate that have ditched the 8 x 3 DE bench all together. They do more of a rep scheme with success.

The other concern about bumping up to the 155 was that your volume was already pretty high at that point.

I wasn't saying it was bad crap. I'm glad you're there making sure I'm on the right track.

But.... I bet after trying to be explosive with 155, next week the 135 will feel like nothing. After all, it was only one set.
