Sunday:
Spring skiing up at snowbird. Gadzoom & Peruvian are closed so now I can ride the tram again. I love riding the tram. It was pretty much cloudy, but in May it doesn't take sunshine for spring skiing snow. But at 18 until 350 I'm much to heavy for my 105mm under foot skis.

I've been doing lots of grip/forearm work on squat days because apparently my forearms are a weak spot for squatting. But today was the first time I really maxed out on any of these. I put 3 plates and a quarter on the wrist roller thing, and about the same on the other grip thingy that I don't know the name of.
