I don't know if I'm anymore explosive, but I'm trying. Hopefully I'll get there someday.
Supersets of triceps, face pulls, and standing pulldowns in from with arms straight ( whatever that's called, ie the exercise stump showed me a while ago ).
Then on to some more grip work. I can pick up pinched 35's, at least I could today. I'm liking this grip strength stuff.
