I'm not happy with my deadlifts. It seems from talking to others, my deadlift technique is closer to right than my bench technique ( I'm not really sure I agree ), but benching is progressing and deadlifting is not. I think part of it is that my technique is never going to look like other people because I'm taller than most ( if not all ) powerlifters an my arms are probably a foot longer than most powerlifters. Oh well.

These felt really light, I think mostly because the grip work I've been doing. I used to have a hard time keeping a good hold on the 150's, that wasn't an issue in the slightest today.
