Deadlift PR

I deadlifted 500 pounds tonight...


I tried 515 and almost got it.  I tried it again and could barely get it off the ground.  OK, I'm done deadlifting.

Dumbell rows 

100x8
120x6
140x5
100x8

5 sets of Pull throughs.  I haven't done these before so I was just getting the feel of them.

Seated cable rows with the 2" handle.

90x6
100x5
