Overall, I felt like crap today. But it seems that 2 weeks out from a meet I always feel like crap.
I thought about doing some pin press lockouts, but I didn't see the point. My body clearly wasn't wanting to bench press to day.
I did a few sets of tricep cable presses.
I'm going to Charleston this week for an interview with the company that I used to work for. Life is confusing lately.
