Squatting after skiing this morning

Box squats..

bar + green bands x 3
135 + green bands x 3
185 + green bands x 3
225 + green bands x 3
275 + green bands x 2

365 + green bands x 1

275 + green bands x 3
275 + green bands x 3

The green bands add at least 140 pounds at the top of my squat, so that's 505 at the top.  Not bad after skiing earlier today.

A few sets on leg curl machine and lots of grip work on wrist roller ( which seems to make my forearms feel better after squatting ).
