Deadlift workout at Ripped

Scott showed me these ( not sure what to call them )



They went like this..

135 top 135 bottom x 5
135 top 225 bottom x 4
145 top 225 bottom x 3
145 top 275 bottom x 2
145 top 315 bottom x 1
145 top 315 bottom x 1

Stopped here because it was the first time I've done them and didn't want to over do it.]

5 sets of pull throughs

dumbell rows
100 x 8
120 x 7
140 x 7
