ME benching

ME benching at Ripped Fitness.  We did flat bench with monster mini bands.  Scott estimated that the bands add about 150 ( for me ) at the top.  ( I'm guessing it maybe slightly more than that ).

Benching went like this ( from memory )

bands only x 5
85 + bands x 5
135 + bands x 5
185 + bands x 3
225 + bands x 1 ( didn't get it, but close )
225 + bands x 1 ( closer yet )
225 + bands x 1 ( basically got it.  Mike touched the bar, but IMHO he didn't need to )
225 + bands 5 boards x 4
245 + bands 5 boards x 3
245 + bands 5 boards x 3
255 + bands 5 boards x 2 but mike helped a lot

Finished up with some tricep work.

Overall a much, much better bench session than last week.  The monster mini bands can kind of take you by surprise in a way.  They look so small, but man they added a lot, a lot more than my mini bands do.
