DE bench on Tuesday

I was pretty sore from squatting monday night, so I took it kind of easy.

DE Benching
10 sets 135 x 3 no bands

Overhead pin press lockouts, pins just above my head
135 x 8
185 x 5
225 x 4
245 x 1
225 x 5

This is the first real overhead pressing I've done since I bruised my sternum in November, it felt good to be able to start working these again.

Tricep cable push downs.  I forget how many sets, probably 5 with the stack + 25 pounds.
