Thursday night ME deadlifts

Deads:

Russ suggested doing reverse bands, so that's what I did with blue bands set to be zero at my lockout

585x1 ( didn't lock it out )
585x1 ( slightly worse )
585x1 ( crap, I should have gotten the first one.  I'm dead )

Dumbbell rows:
100 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8
120 x 8

3 supersets of pull throughs and one handed seated cable rows with the 2" handle.

Not a bad workout considering how hard I skied on wednesday.
