DE Squats in AF

DE box squats with the "box" 1.5" lower than I used to do..

The hips felt SOOOO much better even with the lower "box".

5 set of 6 with 315 ( tried to concentrate about the "wedge" that Pavel talks about in his dvd )

Dumbell rows

4 sets on leg curl machine.

I weighed 309 pounds at the end of my workout.  Its again going in the right direction.
